To request public records from Port of Benton, please complete and submit our Public Records Request web form below.
The Port will respond within five business days of receiving a request by either providing the requested record, acknowledging receipt of the request and providing a reasonable estimate of time to respond, denying the request or seeking clarification of the request.
In the interest of transparency and compliance with Washington’s Public Records Act (RCW 42.56) we strive to provide access to public records in a reasonable manner.

Not all documents maintained by the Port are subject to the Public Records Act. Exemptions can be found in the Public Records Act. Numerous other exemptions and disclosure prohibitions are identified throughout other state and federal statutes. For a comprehensive list of exemptions in other statutes, see Exemption and Prohibition Statutes Not Listed in Chapter 42.56 RCW.
