Enterprise Program

Port of Benton supports a contracting environment that is welcoming to small businesses, including Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE).

The Port’s Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program was established in accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportation Code of Federal Regulations, 49 CFR Part 26.

Businesses seeking federal certification as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise should contact the Washington State Office of Minority and Women’s Business Enterprises (OMWBE) for more information.
