Port of Benton complies with applicable federal civil rights and Washington state civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, families with children, marital status, honorably-discharged veteran or military status, sexual orientation, age, or the presence of any sensory, mental, or physical disability or the use of a trained dog guide or service animal by a person with a disability, in the administration of its programs and activities.
