Submit a Project Review Request

To initiate a permit application or project review, complete the Port’s online Permit & Review Center submission form.

The online submission process is designed to collect the information currently required for the Port’s utility permit, plan review, traffic control, and related applications. Based on the information provided, Port staff may request additional documentation or information needed to complete the review.

Important

Submitting a request does not constitute Port approval or authorization to begin work. Applicants must receive all required Port approvals and obtain any other applicable permits, approvals, or authorizations before work begins.

What Happens After You Submit

Port staff will contact the requester within five business days to:

  • Confirm receipt of the request and identify the appropriate point of contact.

Depending on the project, Port approval may include plan review, permit issuance, field inspections, coordination with Port departments or tenants, and/or other project-specific requirements.

Applicants may be required to revise plans or provide additional information before a permit or approval can be issued.

Where inspections are required, work must be performed in accordance with the approved plans, permit conditions, and applicable requirements. Required inspections should be coordinated with Port staff before work proceeds to the next stage.
