3250 Port of Benton Boulevard – Suite E

3250 Port of Benton Boulevard Suite E is a high-end office space constructed in 1994, and renovated completely by the Port of Benton in 2015. This multi-tenant office building features shared restroom and kitchenette facilities and a large handicap accessible shower makes life easy for bicycling to work on the 23-mile Sacagawea Heritage Trail.

Redundant fiber broadband is owned by the Port of Benton, and is cross-connected to both NoaNet and Department of Energy Fiber backbone with numerous service providers to choose from. Columbia Basin IT fiber internet is also available to premise in a secure temperature controlled central server room. Tenants can provide their own secure server rack or utilize the Port’s multi-tenant rack to pass through services to the numerous hard-wire CAT5E ports throughout the suite.

A professionally installed access control system has been deployed at the main entrance that allows tenant access by key fob or pin-code.  The virtual receptionist app on your smart device provides authenticated entry to guests and deliveries while on-premise or remote.
