Prosser Wine
& Food Park

Prosser Wine & Food Park is a vast agricultural and vintner site along the Columbia River with quick access off of Interstate 82. The Wine & Food Park benefits from nearby high vehicle traffic, providing excellent exposure for businesses located in the park.

This property welcomes many different uses for restaurants, retail, tasting rooms, fruit juice and winery production and cold storage services. Tasting rooms and businesses at the Wine & Food Park include Alexandria Nicole Cellars, Narratif Tasting Room, Tirriddis Tasting Room, Tree Top, Zirkle Fruit Company, Hogue Cellars, Four Feathers Winery, Lineage Logistics, Kestrel Vintners and Mercer Wine Estate and Smasne Cellars to name a few. The Wine & Food Park extends just to the west of the interstate and is home to the Walter Clore Wine and Culinary Center, joined by Desert Wind Winery overlooking the Yakima River.
