Van Giesen/State Route 224 Railroad Crossing Construction Project Complete |
Port of Benton has completed reconstructing the Van Giesen/State Route 224 railroad crossing. The project began at noon on Thursday, August 18, and crews worked continuously until construction was completed. Crews reopened the intersection early Monday morning. |

Block Party and Triple Ribbon-Cutting Event Scheduled at Vintners Village |
Port of Benton is hosting a community block party and triple ribbon-cutting event to welcome two tasting rooms and a boutique with a bakery that opened during the COVID-19 pandemic at Vintners Village.
The celebration will be Thursday, September 15, from 3 to 5 p.m. at 236 Port Avenue in Prosser. |
