Richland Rotary, along with Port of Benton, Fuse, Tri-City Regional Chamber of Commerce and TRIDEC, hosted the 28th Annual Entrepreneurial Awards event on Tuesday, November 19.
Each business nominated a new company with a strong entrepreneurial spirit driving their business.
Each year, an Entrepreneurial Leadership Award (the "Sammy"), named in honor of Sam Volpentest, is presented to a community leader who fosters economic growth and success through mentorship and support.
The event included commentary from past Sammy Award winners and business resources from Fuse, the Small Business Development Council, and Apex Accelerators.
