Port Commission Votes to Sell North Horn Rapids Land
At the March 8 Port of Benton Commission meeting, Commissioners voted to sell 150 acres of land in north Horn Rapids to Pacific Green Fertilizer Co., (Atlas Agro). (The 150 acres is located in a portion of the shaded image above.) Approval of the land sale is the next step to provide the company the ability to conduct planning and feasibility of the project.
