Prosser Wine and Food Park Development Building

Prosser Wine and Food Park is a 90 acre site currently housing several wineries, food processing plants, a micro brewery and a cold storage facility. Four acres of land zoned for industrial use remain available at this site.

Location: Prosser on the south side of the Yakima River. Agricultural areas lay just outside site boundaries and across river.

Transportation: Exit 82 to Wine Country Road provides access to the I-82 interchange. Prosser rail service provided by the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway.

Utilities: Municipal water, sewer, electrical and natural gas available to all sites.

Comments: The Prosser Wine & Food Park is also home to a 15,000 square foot development building that serves small businesses. A 35-acre property adjacent to the west side of the park has been purchased for future development. This property will be developed into processing plants, warehouses and high-end wineries.
