DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISES (DBE) PROGRAM

The Port of Benton, which oversees the Prosser Airport and the Richland Airport has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program in accordance with regulations of the https://www.transportation.gov/osdbu/disadvantaged-business-enterprise. U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), 49 CFR Part 26. The Port of Benton is dedicated to the creation of a contracting environment that is welcoming to small businesses, including DBE’s.

Businesses seeking to be federally certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) should contact the Washington State Office of Minority and Women Business Enterprises (OMWBE) for more information.
